Bethan Carlin is an Executive Assistant at Higher Commercial, working closely with Saxon Smith assisting with all things Sales and Leasing. With over four years of experience across both residential and commercial real estate sectors, Bethan brings a fresh, detail-oriented approach to the team. She is known for her level-headed demeanor and exceptional organisational skills, ensuring that every aspect of client interaction is smooth and efficient.

Bethan’s background in hospitality has shaped her approach to real estate, providing clients with a warm, welcoming experience. She is passionate about delivering excellent service and helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Her dedication and positive attitude make her a valuable asset to the Higher Commercial team.

Outside of work, Bethan has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She successfully ran an eyelash extension business from 2020 to 2023 and currently operates a jewellery manufacturing business. In addition to her business ventures, she is passionate about health and fitness, with a particular love for Pilates and running.

Bethan enjoys traveling and taking care of her Siberian cat, balancing her personal and professional life with a passion for growth and self-improvement. Motivated to achieve her own success, she is equally committed to helping clients realise their full potential in the world of commercial real estate.
